I decided to put together this website, so that I can showcase websites and applications that I have built.

I have worked in IT for quite a few years now. I started with an Acorn Electron when I was 12 (poor man's BBC personal computer!) and steadily progressed over the years to my current 64 bit pc.

My first introduction to computer programming in the workplace was using Lotus SmartSuite's LotusScript language to write spreadsheet macros. Since then I have battled with the Y2K bug using Microsoft Visual Basic/SQL Server, built B2B warehouse solutions using J2EE and dived into web scripting technolgies.

Over the years I have been forced to learn new languages and design patterns as 'tech changes' have occured. From fat client to thin client to cloud computing. Technology changes constantly and it has been exciting and fun trying to keep up with the all the new 'tech.'

I am keen on the usual daily things TV, Music, Food and Drink.

My main interests however are, Sailing across oceans, Scuba diving and Motorcycles!
